Course  description.

“Business  Communication 2”  is  a  course  for Business Computing  students  who  have  a  background  knowledge  of  business  English  acquired  over  one  semester   and  who have  been  familiarized  with  and  started  studying  EC  types  in the course “Business  Communication 1”.  It  consists  of   five  units  dealing  with  the  practical  side  of  the  e-commerce  field focusing  on   the  basics  of  launching  an  e-commerce  business, the  online management  of customer  data ,  taking  part  in  online  auctions  and  shipment  tracking,  with  a  consistent  focus  on  enhancing  students’ ability to  communicate  more effectively in English in professional contexts
